Conditions of Use

General information
For the business relations the following general trading conditions in their valid in each case version are valid for any kind between the company Biohof Gerstel and the customer.
Deviating conditions or general trading conditions of the customer do not have validity, it are, it in writing something else were agreed upon.

Terms of delivery
After order the dispatch of the ordered commodity takes place snaps if possible. The supply takes place on danger of the customer. As soon as the commodity was handed over to a transport enterprise by the company Biohof Gerstel, the risk turns into on the customer. The supply takes place to the ship-to-address indicated by the customer.
The commodity is immediately after by the customer on transport damages to examine.


Prices
Possible changes of the prices we reserve ourselves. Small deviations in relation to the products represented in our illustrations or descriptions are possible.


Modes of payment
All payments are accepted only as pre-payments by transfer on our account, as far as differently with us does not agree.


Return right/right of revocation
The customer has the possibility, without sending indication back of reasons all articles from our offer within 14 days at us. The commodity must be in normal condition.


Guarantee
The company Biohof Gerstel is responsible for the perfect condition of the commodity up to the agreed upon place of delivery. Please examine the commodity immediately after receipt for lack. Lack or damages, which are to due to culpable or inappropriate treatment, are excluded from the guarantee. If the parties do not agree upon different one, the salesman determines the way it goods despatch. Ascertainable transport damages are to be indicated immediately in writing. The customer must let itself packing damage be confirmed with acceptance of the commodity of the transport enterprise in writing. Claims for damages against the company Biohof Gerstel because of default or delay are impossible, as far as neither resolution nor rough negligence are present.


Retention of title
Up to the complete payment of all against the customer existing requirements, including all secondary claims, the supplied commodity property of the company Biohof Gerstel remains.


Place of delivery/area of jurisdiction
Place of delivery for all achievements from the business relations existing with the company Biohof Gerstel is Bernau with Berlin. It is valid excluding German right.
